• Championship Blend - blended together by the Big Bark BBQ competition team to create the perfect flavour for beef.
• First Base - Apply this on anything, either as a stand alone rub or as a base layer. It's fantastic as a finishing seasoning on fires, hash browns, mashed potatoes, avocado on toast, you name it. 
• Coffee Rub - Very subtle coffee up front, mellowing into a semi sweet,
  warm, smokey finish that will leave you wanting more.
• Beef Rub - This BBQ rub is very Texas! Inspired by the big Texan bbq joints.
• SPG Rub - Salt, Pepper, Garlic. That’s it. No sweeteners, no other spices.
• Pork Rub - This BBQ rub is southern at its heart. This rub has a bit of sweet with a small amount of subtle heat on the back end.
• Lamb & Game Rub - We started with a Texas style base, then added in some flavours from south of the boarder to come up with a salt and pepper hit followed very quickly by subtle yet firm Cumin flavour profile, finishing with hint of mint on the back end.
• Chicken Rub - Salty, a little sweet, and full of great savoury flavours. It’s great on more than just chicken, also works on vegetables, pork, any poultry, even try it on your fries.
