Beckenham Butchery Loyalty Program: Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Enrolment
* Membership: Open to all customers, excludes wholesale accounts.
* One Account: Membership is limited to one account per person.
* Free to Join: No purchase is necessary to enrol in the Program. No joining fee or membership fees apply. By signing up, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
* Not able to be combined with an instore loyalty point account at Beckenham Butchery (140 Colombo Street, Chistchurch). This is a seperate loyalty program. You may join one or both loyalty programs if applicable.
2. Earning Points
* Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
* Bonus: Points may also be earned through non-purchase activities as determined by Beckenham Butchery, such as following us on social media.
* Points are not earned retroactively for purchases made before enrolment.
3. Redemption & Rewards
* Points can be redeemed for Discounts at the following rate: 30 points = $10 credit, 60 points = $20 credit.
* No Cash Value: Points are not "real money." They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred to other members.
* Stacking: Rewards can't be used in conjunction, unless otherwise stated.
* Rewards are unable to be redeemed on Subscriptions.
4. Expiration & Forfeiture
* Use It or Lose It: Points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity (no purchases or redemptions). Points will always be redeemed in order of oldest to newest.
* Account Closure: If you close your account or if we terminate it for a violation of these terms, all accumulated points are immediately forfeited.
5. Privacy & Data
* Information Usage: By joining, you agree that we may collect and use your data to personalise your experience.
* Opt-out: You can opt-out at any time, but you might miss out on those member-only communications.
6. Changes & Termination
* Right to Modify: We reserve the right to change, limit, or terminate the Program (and these terms) at any time. If we make big changes, we’ll do our best to notify you via email 30 days in advance.
* Abuse: We reserve the right to revoke membership if we suspect fraudulent activity or "gaming" the system.
