Herbamare & Herbamare Spicy

Most of us watch that we do not use too much salt. With the extra flavour imparted by the herbs in Herbamare, you won’t need to use as much salt to attain the tastes you are used to.

Herbamare ingredients are organically grown and processed within hours of being harvested. A special steeping process allows the flavours and aroma of the herbs and vegetables to become fully integrated into the salt crystal.

Ingredients: Sea salt, celery leaves, leek, cress (water and garden), onion, chive, parsley, lovage, garlic, basil, marjoram, rosemary, thyme, kelp (with trace iodine).

Also available in a spicier version - with the addition of horseradish, chili and pepper which adds a hint of spice to this product without being overbearing or taking away from the taste of your food.

Trocomare is a mixture of freshly harvested, organically grown herbs and vegetables, with pure sea salt. Trocomareenhances the flavour of any recipe naturally. Use it in place of ordinary salt for salads, eggs and egg-based dishes, dips and sauces.

Trocomare is made according to the original recipe of the world famous Swiss Naturopath A.Vogel and is prepared with fresh, organically grown herbs. The fresh herbs are combined with natural sea salt and allowed to steep? for up to one year before the moisture is removed by a special vacuum process at low temperature. This steeping process integrates the full herb and vegetable flavour into the salt crystal.
