The Chicken Rub – This prime mix is our MVR (most valuable rub) and it keeps on racking up the accolades. The taste profile runs like this…sweet and smokey with a little heat and lots of lovely layers that keep your tastebuds singing. The perfect rub for butterflied chicken, wings, breast and thigh (basically everything)!

The Beef Rub – Deep and earthy flavours combined with garlic and pepper to enhance your beef experience. Great on Steak, Beef Short Rib, brisket, venison, lamb shanks. or use as a curing rub for seafood.
Salt, dehydrated vegetables (garlic, beetroot), spice, vegetable oil.

The Lamb Rub – Sweet but earthy with a subtle touch of heat, this rub works a treat on Legs of Lamb, Shoulders and Ribs. An ideal addition to summer BBQs, and adds a delicious twist to winter slow cooker recipes too!

The White Rub – Use on its own to give any protein that WOW factor, or as a foundation with any other rubs to build greater outstanding flavour.

The Jalapeno & Sweet Orange Rub – Hot and Citrusy – Skirt steak tacos, chicken, fish, scallops, crayfish, mix through a vinaigrette. Hot wings………so many uses. Sugar, salt, jalapeno powder, orange peel, spices, citric acid (330), vegetable oil, natural flavours.

The Black Rub – Create the ultimate bark with flavour to match. Garlic, chilli and some secrets from The Saucemen will have your brisket singing from the barbecue! Put some zing into your beef short ribs, steaks and cheeks. it’s gluten-free too.
