Made with Pons black truffle-infused extra virgin olive oil and truffle salt, this luxurious mayonnaise delivers a great truffle flavour.
Use as a dressing, spread, dip, ingredient or condiment. It is fantastic with steamed asparagus, on a gourmet beef burger, as a dip for fries or combine with shredded chicken and a few toasted pine nuts or walnuts as a filling for sandwiches.
Sabato truffle mayonnaise is made here at Sabato in our Mount Eden kitchen in small batches using our own top quality artisan ingredients including Spanish Pons olive oil, free range eggs and Champagne vinegar.
Truffle flavoured olive oil (46%), olive oil, egg yolk [egg yolk, salt], verjuice, Champagne vinegar, cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, truffle flavoured salt, antioxidants (224, 202, 222).
