Cured Premium Salami

Cured use natural ingredients, traditional techniques, and well refined recipes and add a modern twist. They smoke all of their salami naturally using Manuka smoke. Their house cure recipe was perfected over many years at the hands of passionate butchers to allow the main meats and flavours stand out. 400g

Salami available in:

• Pepperoni – Lean beef and pork with whole white peppercorns, a dash of smoked paprika, and mild chilli flakes.
• 100% Lamb – Locally sourced Canterbury lamb with the classic additions of rosemary and thyme then seasoned with black cracked pepper and garlic.
• Pork & Fennel – Lean free farmed pork with the classic partner of fennel, seasoned with black cracked pepper and garlic.
• Smoky Jalapeno & Cheese – Super lean venison mixed with a small amount of pork Warmly flavoured with the essence of jalapeno and enriched with cheese to intensify those delicious flavours.
• Venison – Super lean venison mixed with a small amount of pork, cracked pepper and garlic to intensify those delicious rich flavours.
• Spicy – Lean beef with a touch of pork. Extra chilli flakes, cayenne pepper, garlic and peppercorns. Intense flavour, one for the heat lovers!
