Weekly subscriptions available via our ‘Subscription Packs’ menu. Subscriptions can be upgraded, downgraded, changed or cancelled at any time and there are no extra fees or charges for using this service. To make any changes to your subscription, simply log in to your account and select the ‘Subscriptions’ menu via ‘My Account’. Click & Collect or Delivery available.

Available Monday – Saturday No minimum spend, no extra fees added. Orders will be ready for collection within 24 hours (same day where possible). You will receive an email and/or TXT once your order is ready for collection.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Minimum spend for delivery is $50 and delivery fee applies (please enter your address and postcode at checkout for pricing).
Please let us know any delivery information or preferred delivery day/s in the notes section at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If your postcode is not available for delivery please enquire and we will look into this for you.
You will receive an email and/or TXT once your order has been processed and is awaiting courier collection. If you will not be home for delivery, please make sure you let us know where the courier can leave your package in an appropriate place, if possible leave a chilly bin out. We take no responsibility for orders that have been left outside for a period of time.
Please note if you place an order for pick up but are unable to pick up and delivery is not available in your area, a cancellation fee will apply.
Deliveries are not available on Public Holidays.

If for any reason you are unhappy or have any issues with your order, such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us on orders@beckenhambutchery.co.nz as soon as possible (within 24 hours). Please include your order number and a photo of the issue if possible to do so, and we ask that you do not dispose of any items prior to notifying us. You must contact us via email or phone within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue within 24 hours and if approved will offer a replacement, credit or refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on change of mind purchases.

Please repack the item/s securely in the box your order was delivered to you in. All products must be returned in good condition and in the original packaging (if possible) to be eligible for a full credit/refund. We will contact you with full instructions if we require the item/s to be returned.
