Elysian Foods is a small, family-run business based in Wellington.

We produce Mediterranean inspired dips & delights in small, handcrafted batches and source fresh, local ingredients wherever possible.

Taramasalata - A silky smooth dip made from salted cod’s roe. Serve as a dip, on a toasted bagel, baby baked potatoes, on a baguette, pita or even hot chips! 200g

Elaiasalata - An original and creamy vegan olive dip, Elysian olives whipped into a delectable and highly addictive spread! Serve as a sauce on a pizza base, mixed through pasta or seasonal veggies, on platters, sandwiches, salads and lunch bowls. We're proudly the only producers of Elaiasalata in New Zealand! 200g

Chilli Elaiasalata - Our latest, divine dip! We've taken our original vegan olive dip, and added a Chilli marinade that is full of chilli flavour and a good dose of heat. 200g

Tzatziki - A fresh and delicious gluten-free yoghurt dip. With Cyclops yoghurt and zero-waste olive oil from The Olive Press. Serve with fresh carrots, capsicum, cucumber and pita chips. Delicious with lamb, chicken or halloumi souvlaki, gyros or wraps, and a great way to eat everyday leftovers.

Green Pitted Marinated Olives - Rich and delicious Lemon & Oregano Hand-Marinated Olives. Bursting with flavour, marinated in dried Greek oregano, fresh lemons and garlic. 300g  Gluten free.

Chilli Marinated Green Pitted Olives - Punchy and flavourful Chilli Hand-Marinated Olives. A mild chilli hit with coriander, dried Greek oregano, garlic and roasted red and yellow peppers. A real crowd pleaser and the perfect addition to any party platter or weekend brunch. 300g. Gluten free.
