Snapper is a soft white meat with very few bones which makes it a New Zealand favourite. 

It is a versatile fish and is suitable for most cooking styles - pan fried, baked, crumbed, grilled, barbequed and steamed.

Snapper is managed by Ministry for Primary Industries using the New Zealand Quota Management System (QMS) to ensure sustainable fishing methods are continuously being practiced by all commercial fisheries.

Fillets are Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) and then vacuum packed
