Chicken – Salty, a little sweet, and full of great savoury flavours. It’s great on more than just chicken, also works on vegetables, pork, any poultry, even try it on your fries!
Beef – This BBQ rub is very Texas! Inspired by the big Texan BBQ joints. This beefy seasoning is fantastic on brisket, short ribs, and steaks, but can be applied to anything you like.
Pork – This BBQ rub is southern at its heart. This rub has a bit of sweet with a small amount of heat on the back end.
Lamb & Game – We started with a Texas style base, then added in some flavours from south of the boarder to come up with a salt and pepper hit followed very quickly by subtle yet firm Cumin flavour profile, finishing with hint of mint on the back end.
SPG – Salt, Pepper, Garlic. That’s it. No sweeteners or anything else. This BBQ rub is CLASSIC Texas!
