Over the last few years we have fine tuned our BBQ rubs and sauces across the Australasian competition BBQ circuits and now offer them for you to use at home, so you can create award winning barbecue in your own backyard.

• Soft Coq is out all purpose white meat rub. It pairs perfectly with chicken, pork and seafood. Great depth of flavour with a mild kick of spice

• Our Bull Dust rub is a great all purpose rub for all kinds of meat. It pairs especially well with red meat and carries a savoury profile with an aroma of garlic and warm spices.

• Rib rocker is our specially designed rib rub to make those pork ribs pop! The sweet and savoury blend of herbs and spices are designed to boost that beautiful natural flavour.

• Ram Rod is our specially designed rub for lamb, venison and game, the hunters choice. With a good hit of savoury spice and a blend of herbs that cut through the fattiness of these types of meat. Perfect for lamb ribs, or Sunday lamb roast in the slow-cooker., smoker or oven.
